I am becoming increasingly frustrated that I can’t log onto EE perks- I provided my work email address but never received a emails to verify. I the uploaded my ID and received an email to say I had been accepted but still needed to verify my email! I can’t log on to Ee perks as the password reset doesn’t work and now it’s saying I’m locked out of the account ?? So what do I do next!

Did you re-register after your Perk account was reset?

Sorry, i already have an account registered but i couldn’t remember the password and the account is now locked and the password reset doesnt work

Hi @Jcotty,

 

If your account has been locked, you'll need to wait the advised time before you can attempt to login again.

 

After waiting for the lock to expire, please request a password reset and await the email before attempting to login again.

 

Please let us know if you are able to log back in successfully.
