Ee perks

Can not get on my ee perks account it always says its deactivated I put my email in and my work I'd badge in but nothing then when i register it again it says you got a account you get no help from customers service  i sent emails to ee perks and get no reply  i been with ee for 14 years never had a problem  but now it's been nothing but trouble
