I have verified my account but now get a message that it still needs verifying but never receive an email. I have been into my local store who said i need to phone 150. Just phoned and were unable to help. Please can you reset my account or help me access it. Thanks

@Nigeyoung , this is not customer service, you would have to ring them to get your account reset. Have you checked the correct email account, have you checked your spam/junk folder whether it has gone in there?
