Good evening,
I have been registered for an have used EE Perk in the past. I tried to log on this evening and when I did I get the error message:
Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.
I don't know how to re register so if anyone could help wit would be much appreciated.

Good morning all,
Thank you for your support so far. I'm afraid to say that the reset hasn't worked and I still get the message:
Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.
I've tried to re register but it states that an account with the credentials already exists.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
