I have received an email to validate my EE perks. The nhs email is right. I cant update password site won't let me?

Hi @caz15_blue,

 

You'll need to verify your email address by logging in with the password you setup at the point of registration before you can change your password.

 

Have you forgotten the password you used?

Hi

I know my nhs email I used but I cant remember my password or how to change it..

I have tried resetting password but it comes up blank. I have tried a few new passwords it comes up blank
