Hi
I am trying to sign into ee perks to validate my details to get an upgrade. My sign in details are not recognised on work and personal email account. I've requested a reset email to change password on both work and personal email and this email hasn't arrived.
I've phoned and was told a reset email was being sent but hasn't arrived. I've ordered a new phone but can't get it till this is resolved.
Please help?

Do you already have a perk account that isn't working, or are you trying to sign up with a new account?
