Just had an email saying that ee are still having trouble processing my offer, I didn’t realise that there was a problem with my nhs ee perk code. Can someone help please!

It says, Please check if your phone number has successfully moved to EE or visit the NHS Perk Portal and enter your EE phone number again.
I’ve always been with ee. So it doesn’t need to move. I have visited the portal and all my details are correct.
I upgraded in store and they accepted the perk code. Something which should be so simple is beginning to be a real pain!

@GreigB1967 I recommend you call and speak customer services about this. They have access to your account and can see what the issue might be.
