Ee Perk reset password

I have just upgraded my phone and was told to use the Ee perks to get 20% off my bill as I am a nurse. However, when I went to register, it says my details are already in use. I have now tried resetting my password 5/6 times and I am still not receiving the email to reset it. Can anybody help please before it’s too late? Thank you
