Early upgrade

I have two phones and I’d like to upgrade both yet mine is eligible under the 100 day upgrade but the other line isn’t? I wanted to sort both at the same time.

Yet the website states the above - EE are a nightmare when it comes to consistency

Does the other number show an early upgrade fee? 

Are they both on the same plan and contract length?

They both show a fee - when I called EE this morning my phone could be upgraded but not the second phone. This was to be done over the phone with EE yet this wasn’t reflected online.

I have two lines both started on the same date with same expiry.

I would suggest speaking to our mobile guides again on 150 to discuss your options for upgrading and if possible see what is available.
