EU & UK Data 5 & 10GB Same price Same day confusion

Seems this have asked 2 years ago and the confusion remain the same, why both 5GB and 10GB same price and same least 30 days. It there different be UK and EU data?

Does it give you any more on how long the 5GB is valid for? Are you on contract or pay as you go?

I am on PAYG. I need to use data in Germany but currently I am not in UK so can not text 150. Honestly I still not clear how long each add-on is for.
