I have attempted to register for my BlueLightCard discount but unfortunately missed a character from my email and unable to verify it.
how can I get this issue resolved?

Is it your personal or company email that you're entering when trying to reset this and log in?
If you've not tried the other, then this is definitely worth a shot.
Keep us posted on how you get on, then if needs be we can take a closer look from there.
