Last year I started to open my perks account but couldn't get to my works email within the time allowed. Now says deactivated and I would like to use it please can you advise.

After a period of inactivity your perks account will be automatically deactivated. To reactivate, you should contact the mobile care team either online or by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone.

I have the same issue my account has been deactivated & am struggling to get into contact with someone to reactivate was told I would have an email within 72 hours a week before Christmas heard nothing, rang ee on Monday was told I would have an email in 48 hours still heard nothing, I am nearly at the end of the 30 days to add the perk to my contract

I’m not too sure I know they was sending something and said I would receive an email within 48 hours but still haven’t heard anything
