EE perks

I’ve registered for EE perks but whenever I click on the verification link in my email it takes me back to the login page and asks me to verify again like an unending loop. I’ve tried a different browser, cleared my cookies, reset my password same thing happens.

I’ve registered for an EE perks account with my work email and got the verification email but when I click the link it takes me back to log in, then saying I need email verification again like an endless loop. I’ve tried another browser, cleared history and cookies, reset password. None have worked.
