EE perks not working

I’m due to upgrade and for the past week I’ve been unable to use my Ee perks code. Upon input it advises me it’s invalid. 
Ive tried it against different phones, there are no offers on what I am selecting. 
Ive tried various browsers, clearing browsing data, cache and cookies and nothing. 
It says it’s only for use online so I can’t go into store. Trying to contact via 150 is also proving difficult as I get cut off. 

additionally, I am wanting to keep my old handset. Is this still possible as it keeps saying I need to swap my phone? I thought if you were 45 days or less until the end of contract you could do this.

Welcome to the community.

If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to put through an order for you. Once it's gone through, they can apply the code for you within the first 30 days of the contract. If you're doing a standard upgrade, you'll be able to keep your old phone.
