EE perks not working

Hi, I’ve been trying to get into my EE perks account and have been successful however a code won’t generate. It says Unable to Retrieve Code at this current time, if the problem persists please contact your company EE Perks representative - my company perks haven’t changed. I still work for the NHS

I am also having this issue and also work for the NHS.

I upgraded my contract today and have been unable to provide the code due to receiving the same error message. I now have 30 days to provide it or I will not be able to claim the discount.

Hi,

unfortunately I am having the same issue. Won’t allow me to generate a new code but states I have 3 remaining codes left. Could you please advise on how to sort this?

Are you able to try another web browser and clear all cookies and cache before logging in, does this work for you?

I’m also struggling with EE Perks. My NHS a work email has changed but I’m unable to make an account with this email as my phone number has already been used on the original account. The email on the original no longer exists and I can’t get into my account
