Another one with same problem with EE Perks Account
"Account Deactivated". Tried logging in tonight and account tells me its deactivated. Been a while since I logged in, would appreciate the help others have received.

Did you receive an email from our Perk team with a re-validation link? Please check your spam/junk folder in case it went in there.

I'm trying to get it active so I can change SIM only contract. No, no email received in email or junk. Was going to start a fresh thread but thought it was better to put it in here as its the same problem.

I'm having the same issue with the message "Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame."

Hi @haythum.
The quickest way for you to get this resolved is to call 150 and speak to our Mobile Care team. They have access to your account and will be able to raise a webform with our perk team.
Alternatively, I can email them, but this may take longer. If you would like me to do that, please send me your mobile number and the email address that you registered originally.

I am also having the same issue. I haven't received any message that my sim has been deactivated but I am not getting network at the moment.
