EE perks can’t access won’t send me password reset

Can someone please help I registered for EE perks got an email to my work address verified it, I was asked to sign in and it would not let me I have attempted to re set my pass word but never get an email back I have tried many times over a few weeks. I am due to collect a phone but want my discount !

I am having exactly the same issue, could someone please DM me with some assistance as I have just renewed a contract and need to provide me perk code within 30 days.

How long ago did you register for a Perk account?

Are you using the work email to request the password reset?

Hi Leanne, about 30 minutes ago. I've followed the link sent to my work email address but I get an error message saying the password is incorrect.  I have tried to reset with both my work and personal email address and the code hasn't arrived to either account.

Is this the first time you have registered today? 

The perk code would be generated in the perk account and not be on the email 🙂
