I'm trying to upgrade to a new phone, but the system doesn't accept my EE perk code, says it's invalid when I never used it.

Do you already have a discount on your plan?

Hi. It's a new code that I generated on the EE perk portal. I'm trying to get a new plan with phone included, cause I only have a sim only, that I used a EE perk code to get it

Also last year I got a Samsung smartwatch and got almost the same info, has shown on the screenshot I took from EE website, so I wasn't able to apply the discount.

Do you know if the new plan that you're selecting already has a discount on it? You can only have one discount per plan, but since the watch is separate this won't be affecting it.
