EE perk account

Hello,

A while back I registered for the EE perk site, with my personal email and everything worked perfectly. Few months ago, I also added my work email, and since then I was unable to log in, as I suspect the verification code goes to the work email, which filters it out. I have checked spam as well. Now, when trying to log in, I get the message saying "Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame." I tried setting up the account again, but I get a message saying that an account with the same details exists already.

Could someone help, please?
