I am trying to revalidate my Perks account but every time I submit my ID badge and email. It doesn’t update validation. I have tried to revalidate twice on two separate occasions.

Thanks for coming here. 

Could you try uploading photo ID first and then leaving the work email empty, does this work for you?

I have tried doing this on several occasions. It never confirms that I have submitted anything.

The quickest way to get this resolved would be to give us a call on 150 so our customer care team can complete a webform for the EE Perks team. 

Alternatively, I can email them, but this may take longer. If you would like me to do that, please sent me a private message with your mobile number and email address linked to your EE Perks account.
