Hi,
I had set up a NHS perk account set up around 2 years ago, i have since upgraded and cannot log back into my perk account it just says 'The login details supplied are invalid' and does not allow me to reset password as no emails are sent despite the fact it states an email has been sent (junk email boxes checked). I require 2 of my 5 codes ASAP as i have 30 days from the start of my contract to implement the discount as informed by an EE customer advisor.
