After trying for a few days at home in Uk with no luck to change me Smart Benefit to ‘Roam Further’ I had no option but to try again when landing in USA, same error message appears like the functionality is disabled in the EE system, how can I change this as not paying for the data used when EE offer a service to use existing data abroad and then don’t let you follow the process through!
