Hi All,
I also have the issue where I cannot reset my password to access EE Perks. I never receive the email after clicking reset password. Can you help?
Also, I have a £10 and £6 loyalty add on that has been on this contract and the contract before last - will this stay on after I upgrade my phone to a new contract imminently? I only ask as it stayed on this contract when I upgraded last time.

Welcome to the community.
The Perk code can't be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers. So if you request a Perk discount, they would have to remove the existing one to add it.
