Good morning,
I’ve been using EE perks for some time, I’ve just starting thinking about upgrading my phone, and my children’s phones but I can’t get into EE perks, this is because I’ve changed NHS jobs and can’t access my old email anymore, I’ve tried to make a new account with new email but can’t as my details are already on the system? What can I do?

Hi @Barber23,
You will need to get in touch with customer service who will be able to update the email on your account, or deactivate your old one.
