Hi 

 

I've just upgraded to s23 with the free earbuds. I have had an email confirming the order but there is no mention of the ear buds anywhere. Should I receive something confirming the earbuds?

Hi just wondering whether you received the earbuds?

I just ordered the s23 today on the app with the free airbuds but have yet to receive an email about them.

Hi @ABrooks1313,

The earbuds will be sent within 30 days of your order confirmation.

You will receive a text and email by DPD before 11am on the day of delivery.

Should I receive an email to confirm that the order has gone through? The issue is 30 days is the cooling off period and if I've not received them by then I am stuck with the phone without the earbuds. Just some confirmation would be great.

I don't believe you get a seperate confirmation for the earbuds, but a call to the mobile care team will confirm whether or not they are on your order.

I was told that they'll be dispatched 14 days after you've received your phone. So people don't get the phone and then return it inside he 14 days you're allowed to. Then keep the earbuds. 

So I'll post again in the next week or so to let you know if I've received mine.

The whole idea is that you don't return the phone during the cooling-off period & get to keep the earbuds.  So the earbuds are sent to you only after 15 & before 30 days after you receive phone.
