Hello,
I received a message indicating that my current EE Perks is expiring.
I got new Perks code but there is no where on my account that I can apply the code into my account.
Can you help activate my Perks code, please ?
Thank you.

No, they're for buying things. You don't walk into a supermarket with a voucher for an item you've already bought. Firms want you to spend money before they can offer you a discount.
