EE Perks code not working

I'm trying to price an early upgrade but any time I enter my EE Perks code it is telling me the code isn't recognised. I have tried on multiple devices and browsers, I even generated a new code and nothing is working. Any ideas?

Are you upgrading through the Annual Upgrade or Upgrade Anytime options? Perk is not compatible with those upgrades. 

You can view the perks of PERK eligibility on our EE PERK page. Just scroll down to "The Legal Bit"
