EE Perks Account Deactivated

Hello, I’m trying to access my EE perks account and getting an error message that it has been deactivated. I’ve tried resetting my password but this still doesn’t work. 

Please could someone advise how I can access my account?

I have the same proble Jon! 
I tried to register again and it says my email is already registered and I need to log in!

I need the code to get my discount as I’m upgrading! 
please please help
