EE Perk log in issues

Hi

I’m unable to access my EE perks log in. I’ve done a reset password but it’s not coming through to my emails. I’ve checked the junk folder and nothing…

Any ideas?

It allows me to request a reset password but no emails come through. I’ve checked junk folder and nothing!
