EE Perk discount codes for existing customer

My employer offers EE Perk discount but I have been an EE customer for ages. When I try to sign up for Perk using my work email address it won't let me as it says the device is already registered, and when I try to log on via the EE Perk web page using my existing personal login, it says the login details are invalid. I can see no way to get a discount code if I have an existing account. Any ideas anyone? Thanks.

@Markjango : You can't! Discount codes may only be applied at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading, not mid-term.

Thanks for coming here. 

 

@XRaySpeX is correct the perk code can only be added when you upgrade or take out an eligible upgrade. 

 

You should still be able to register for a perk account, have you registered previously?
