I am trying to upgrade my phone, but the site is not accepting any of the EE Perk codes I am submitting under 'do you have a voucher code?'. I can't see any other area where I would be able to submit this.
The plan is a flex pay plan, with an all rounder plan, no other discounts have been applied. The plan that I am currently on has an EE Perk discount applied to it.

Thanks for coming to the community.
You are definitely in the right place to enter the discount code, so that isn't the problem.
Have you been able to try any other plans to see if the code is accepted in the basket? Don't worry, it won't stop the code from being used until you completed the checkout.
