EE Perk code not working

Trying to upgrade my contract from my current device to the new Z Fold 4 and on my current contract I have a 20% ee perk code applied. when trying to apply a code to the upgrade, no matter which code i try to use it displays an error message and indicates that the code is invalid??? No matter what I try and device or contract I try it will not work.

please can you help with this. I am not currently able to call 150 due to being abroad.
