EE Perk Deactivated

Hello, my EE perk account has been deactivated as registration was not completed in the allowed timeframe.

I’m looking to upgrade my phone but can’t until I can get the discount codes from this account.

Could someone help me reactivate my account?

im also having the same problem my account has been deactivated when saying the timeframe had ran out. Hope you can help.

Good evening I have the same issue despite getting a reset password it says not in time,  called 150 who say need go shop,  went there they say 150, going round circles can u help please. Kevin

Ring 150 that’s how I got mine sorted didn’t take long.
