Hi,

I’ve tried to log into my EE Perk account but it’s been deactivated and won’t let me create a new one.

can this be sorted please?

Hi ee team I’ve contacted customer service 3 times I can’t verify my email address as I changed nhs trusts I have my account for 2 years and I need to re submit I’ve tried this many times and sent my badge over also this is so frustrating as when I rung today it looks like I’ve never had my bill price changed I have 3 phone lines and this shouldn’t be a worry when we’re meant to take the advice from the advisor that’s it’s been sorted but clearly not I need to speak to someone and get this sorted! Many thanks

Are you aware if the customer care team have contacted the perk team to ask them to remove any details they may have?
