Hi,
I’d like to use my remaining codes from my perks, but I’m unable to log-in. I’ve tried resetting my password but haven’t received the link even in junk/spam. HELP!

Are you given any error messages when you try to log in? Are there any other email addresses you may have used to register previously?

Well, I have tried both emails but reset link wasn’t sent. So, the website seems to be the problem.
