Hi, I've been trying, unsuccessfully now for nearly 4 weeks to sort my EE PERKS account out. I have rang and spoke to several different people, had webforms filled out and sent to whoever needs them, but still can't log in. It now says my account has been 'deactivated' and I can't register again as my work email is still registered.... is there anything else I can do?? Can't I have the account reset or something??
