EE PERK DEACTIVATED

When i logged into account it says i am now deactivate with no help on how to activate it again. 

I didn't click the link in the allocated time to activate account so have never been able to get onto site, not its deactivated?

Tried to call EE for help but i go no where and passed to three departments, would like some help and advice.
