How long ago did you upgrade to the new contract?
Did you enter a new Perk discount code at the checkout when you upgraded?

i have the new contract since Dec 2022. And no I didn’t apply the code at the time because I was told by the person from EE that I couldn’t at the time of purchase as I was getting a promotional discount for 3 months.
With my last contract I applied it mid way but I can’t remember how I did it.

The discount must be added when taking out the contract. If there is a problem at the point of purchase, our Mobile Care team can add it within the first 30 days of the contract.
