I bought a PS5 a couple of months ago and received some 10% off discount codes. I’m trying to buy a MacBook now, and they don’t work. I assumed its because the MacBook is already 100£ off due to black Friday, but I tried the code on other products and they still don’t work, any help?

If you call us on 150 or 0800 956 6000 and either select 1 for a text to be sent with more options or 2 to be connected one of the team. Any of our guides can look into this and transfer you to the relevant team if needed 🙂

Did you receive the discount codes via email? Do they have an expiry date showing?
Have you tried calling our customer support guides since you posted on the community to get the code looked into?

I received the codes as paper vouchers in the package and they show no expiry, who can I contact for customer support as there no route which actually seems to resolve these types of queries, when calling the automated voice has no ‘other’ option.
