Delivery note

Warning possible daft question alert!!!!

Where would I find my delivery note? Trying to claim my chromebook i have sent them details showing my order confirmation but they have now asked for the delivery note.

There should be a paper document that came with your delivery, @M80murray.

If you don't have one, our Mobile Care team will be able to send you a proof of purchase document by email that you can use for your claim.
