You don't need to do anything. 

The watch will automatically be delivered to your account address 15-30 days after purchase. This is excluding weekends.

Hello when do I know that the watch is on its way or when it will turn up, do we get any tracking information?

You should get a message from the courier company when the parcel is due to arrive.

Should one have received any communications by now regarding the watch 5 gift , such as an email or text as a confirmation after ordering Samsung 23 Ultra upgrade which was done on the 26th of June 2023 ??!

Yes, you should have received a text message confirming your eligibility within five days of your order.

If you haven't received this, please get in touch with Customer Care who can double check you're eligible for the offer.

Hi .. thanks for the reply .. I have already checked with customer care .. they confirmed as I  already know that I am eligible as the order was done on the 26th of June before the end of the offer on the 29th of June 2023 but unfortunately they could not help with sending confirmation text or messege or email !!

The text is for information purposes only so you don't need it to receive your gift. It will be sent automatically to your home address within 30 days of your purchase.

There is no official confirmation , just Customer Care chatty talk , because the offer says as mentioned above that it is availble till 29th of June 2023, but they DID NOT send me any official email or text ..  It is has been 22 days now since the order .. and nothing yet .. are you able to do anything from your side?!
