What if they have not been sent, I went into store and they said to claim on the samsung website, on here it says they are sent out.
Which one is it?
We have had the phone 33 days so far.

@Scottypher : There is currently no offer of Buds with the Z Flip 6. It is now a ChromeBook which is to claimed from https://samsungoffers.claims/chromebookgoGWP .

They will be sent once in stock. Samsung removed them from sale and they were delayed as of the 1st August. They are now being sold, but EE will be further down the list.

We got the phone as a pre-order, it's was the buds when we purchased, just not heard anything yet

There is currently a manufacturer delay on the shipment of your Galaxy Bud3 Pro - but rest assured we're doing everything we can to get them out to you.

Hi, we're in November now and still nothing. I pre-ordered my Flip6 and have the evidence here. Are you still sending out packages or should I raise a complaint elsewhere?
