Claim Free Earbuds with S23 Sept 2024

I upgraded my phone to the S23 FE last week, it arrived today. There's no information on how to claim the free Samsung earbuds. I have visited the Samsung claims page but it just says 'form now closed'. please advise

I've had a check of the page in our guidance and this is giving me the option to fill out the claim form; Is it this page you're heading to?

If that's correct, at what point during the claim process is it giving this error?
