Hi, recently upgraded to an S22 over the phone and have claimed for a Chromebook.
Samsung have responded Please provide the invoice/receipt/order confirmation clearly showing the order date, the retailer name, the model of the product purchased and the price paid.
As far as I'm aware I've never had an invoice/receipt etc... as it was done over the phone. How can I request a paper or digital copy?

You can ask our Mobile Care team for a proof of purchase, which they'll send you, @JAB0110.
It should have all of the information that you need on it.
