I cannot access my EE perks, it doesn’t recognise my details and doesn’t allow me to reset the password. Even if I try to create a new account it won’t let me as it recognises me as an existing customer. This appears to be a common issue. I have been on online chat and been given an email address to make contact , which I have sent 2 emails to and still waiting for help. Any tips ? Thanks

I'm in exactly the same position. This is a very common perks topic in forums but I never see it getting resolved in the forum or fed back to the site to fix this endless loop. I have the same issue. I try to log in, not recognised, prompt to reset / send reminder. Use the link at work, it keeps telling me I can't reset as account is deactivated. So I try to set up account as new on Perks but get told 'it already exists but is deactivated'. Is there a solution to getting the account back up and running? Really need a code soon. Thanks

I have the exact same issue, I need to get into my account asap for my upgrade. can somebody please help. No matter what we do we cannot get into the account.

Are you using the work email to log into your perk account?
Have you requested an email to reset the password?
