Can’t reset EE perks password

Hi I have been trying active my eve pearks account, but it say my pass work is invalid. I have tried to reset my ee perks password in order to get activate my account and get my discount code. However each time I try, I am not receiving the email and it also hasn't gone into my junk folder.

Please help thanks

I have tried to access the ee perks scheme through my personal account and
independently. When I am asked the address to submit to request to reset my
password I do and then receive a message saying I have been sent an email.
No email has arrived - not one for the several times now that I have tried.
It is not in junk either.
There seems to be a problem with this stage as I am now not getting through
to the reset via my work email address (as opposed to my personal account),
