Hi I have been trying active my eve pearks account, but it say my pass work is invalid. I have tried to reset my ee perks password in order to get activate my account and get my discount code. However each time I try, I am not receiving the email and it also hasn't gone into my junk folder.
Please help thanks

What happens when you try to reset the password? Did you check your spam/junk folder?

Hi Have tried that too. No email received. When access ee perks through my ee site it goes to a password reset but keeps telling me that it can't reset my password. Proving v frustrating...

I have reported this via customer services and was told it would be resolved today but the customer service person today said it would take up to 72 hours. Am in a rush to get something sorted and need access to the perks site!

What is the full error message you see when trying to reset your password?
Does it tell you your account has been locked?
