Can’t redeem code a text sent fro EE

Has anyone had have the same problem as me ?
They sent me a link to get Apple Arcade 6 months free , but gives an error can’t connect with Apple Store I did try without the wifi as someone suggested, but still shows can’t connect to apple stores

Hi @Markitos_672,

Have you tried activating your subscription over mobile data, with WiFi turned off?
