I wanted to speak to someone about setting up a new contract (I am not currently an EE customer). I am trying to use a blue light card discount and I get a not valid message when using it. I thought it might help if I spoke to someone over the phone about it but whenever I call - every option leads me back to ‘I’m sorry but there has been a problem. Please call back on the same number’. Can anyone help?

Have you checked the terms of your discount to make sure the phone and plan you chose are eligible?
