Can’t change add on

Hi,

I’m trying to change the BTsport included extra for the roaming abroad pass but I keep being hit with a “can’t do that because technical stuff” message.

 

i need to change this tomorrow, will the service be fixed by then?

Just tried again and it worked, so looks there are more hamsters in the wheel and things are running correctly!

Hi,

Thanks for your reply Katie. I changed my plan around 4 months ago, which I appreciate may be too soon to change the included extra, however if I try and buy the extra @£15 per month ai get the same message.

I believe you should be able to change this every 30 days.
